Elorian AI, Inc. (“Elorian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is preparing the terms that will govern use of our website, our model waitlist, and the services we release. They are not published yet, and nothing on this page is a term of service.
Until they are, two things already apply and are worth knowing:
- How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is published and current.
- Any commercial engagement with Elorian is governed by whatever is written in the agreement signed for it, not by this page.
If you need contractual terms — for a procurement review, a vendor security questionnaire, a payments provider, or a customer agreement — write to us and a person will send you what you need.
